Booking Conditions

• Minimum of 7 children per party. Final number to be confirmed upon payment of deposit.
• A deposit of £40 is payable before the day of the party and within 7 days of booking.
• If you cancel your party the deposit is non-refundable, but, at the managements descretion, you may rearrange for another mutually convenient date.
• The balance of the party fee is payable on the day of the party. Please note: we DO NOT accept credit/debit cards. Cheques must be payable to 'MW Activities Ltd' and supported with a valid cheque guarantee card.
• All parties must be supervised by at least one parent/guardian per 7 children who must ensure a reasonable level of behaviour is maintained.
• It is advised that guests attending the party arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time as the first game will start punctually.
• For the safty and comfort of everyone, children must comply with Lazer Rush 'Rules of Play' (displayed around the centre).
• We do not cater for special dietry needs. Food may contain traces of nuts.
• If you have any special requests, please discuss these with us at least 3 days before the party.
• MW Activities Ltd reserves the right to alter the details of any party package without prior notice.
