At Lazer Rush we take your privacy seriously.  Our privacy policy documents what we will do with your information and how we process it.

 Web enquiries and website use:

• All web enquiries are sent to the senior members of staff who respond to you via email
• EMail conversations are kept as long as they are believed to be pertinent, but are typically deleted after the booking date
• The details given on a web enquiry form are never used for marketing purposes
• We capture anonymous statistics about visitors to our website, this helps us improve the website and judge marketing effectiveness

When you make a booking:

• We retain the details provided by you to complete your booking
• We will use those details provided to contact you in relation to your booking
• We will use the information to assist us with delivering your booking
• If you have booked with us, we may from time to time contact you via email or postal mail with special offers and events.  If you do not wish us to contact you let us know and we will mark your customer record as do not contact

How do we store and handle your details:

• All electronic records are stored within secured servers under password controlled access
• Backups are made to secure off-site locations
• We do not store any credit card or bank account details
• Contact details and other personal information we hold will not be disclosed outside of the company, except where required to by law.
•  Details of bookings (but not personal information) will be disclosed in the process of handling other bookings, and where those who are invited to your booking enquire about start times, etc.  If you have a special concerns or privacy requests, please let us know and we will note this on your booking.
• We delete and destroy any informaiton we do not believe is accurate or relevent

Your rights:

• You can ask us to disclose all information we hold about you.  There is a statutory fee for this service and you must provide proof of identity
• If any of the information we hold about you is incorrect, please let us know and we will correct it for you
• If you wish us to remove any information we will delete it from our systems provided it is not required in connection with a booking
• We will disclose any information where we are required to by law
